Ping An Bank does not need to go to the counter to update its ID card information.

According to Article 2 of the Credit Card Acquisition Contract of Ping An Bank:

If the information listed in Party B's application form (including but not limited to name, nationality, residence, work unit, ID card or ID number and validity period) changes, Party B shall notify Party A to update relevant information within 7 days from the date of information change; If Party A sends the card to the address reserved by Party B, it will be deemed that the card issuance is completed.

There is no notification method in the treaty, that is, you can notify Ping An through various official channels, including bank outlets and customer service telephone numbers. Therefore, Ping An Bank does not need to go to the counter to update its ID card information.

The responsibilities and losses caused by Party B's failure to change the information in time shall be borne by Party B itself, and Party A has the right to take control measures against it and stop handling business for customers. Party B can change the authorization and use scope of the address and location information of the telecom operator by calling Party A's customer service telephone number.

When Party B stops using the card, it shall promptly notify Party A in writing or other forms recognized by both parties to handle the cancellation procedures. From the date when Party B notifies Party A to stop using the card, all the debts owed by Party B shall be deemed due and shall be paid off together.

Party B shall continue to be responsible for the repayment of the arrears of the credit account and the interest and expenses incurred. If the cardholder fails to pay off the overdraft principal and interest and related expenses in full, Party A will not approve the cancellation of the account.
