3. Those who illegally stay in northern Myanmar do not voluntarily enter the country and surrender themselves, and their illegal property shall be frozen, sealed up, detained and recovered according to law.

Fourth, the cases of illegal detention in northern Myanmar involving overseas telecommunication network crimes and organized theft of property in the country (border) were not implemented in place, and they were reported to be included in the list of dishonesty, restricting the use of transportation, hotel stay, credit card consumption and loan approval; Suspend all bank cards, mobile phone cards and other businesses under the name according to laws and regulations, and do not open new bank cards and phone cards within five years (bank cards include personal bank cards, WeChat, Alipay and other non-bank payment accounts; Phone cards include telecom, mobile, Unicom phone cards, virtual operator phone cards and Internet of Things cards); If their immediate family members and friends have money dealings with them, the bank accounts of their immediate family members and friends shall be classified and controlled, and the relevant business qualifications shall be restricted or cancelled.
