According to the "China Red Cross Donation Management Measures"

Article 15 When accepting donations, Red Cross Societies at all levels shall open special bank accounts and set up special accounts for management.

Article 16 The donated property accepted by the Red Cross Society shall be the legal property that the donor has the right to dispose of. Donated property includes tangible and intangible property such as money, objects, houses, securities, stock rights and intellectual property rights. The donated articles shall have use value and meet the standards of safety, hygiene and environmental protection.

Article 17? When accepting a donation, the Red Cross may sign a donation agreement with the donor or require the donor to issue a donation letter, stipulating the type, quantity, use and delivery time of the donated property. Donors may not designate their interested parties as beneficiaries.

Article 18? After accepting the donation, the Red Cross Society shall promptly issue a donation bill under the unified supervision (printing) of the financial department to the donor. If the donor is anonymous or abandons the donation bill, relevant records shall be kept.
