Step 1: Mobile phone editing SMS HQ is sent to 9777: Note: Mobile phone users in Chongqing, Guangdong, Shanghai, Liaoning, Sichuan, Fujian, Zhejiang, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Hubei, Shandong and Shaanxi Unicom should send HQ to 3777 for opening. Unicom mobile phone users in other regions send HQ to 9777 for opening.
