In order to thoroughly implement the municipal party committee and municipal government’s work on the opening of schools and epidemic prevention and control work, implement the spirit of the city’s autumn school opening work deployment meeting on September 23, and coordinate the promotion of the 2022 autumn school opening and epidemic prevention and control work. According to the "Chamdo City 2022 Autumn Semester Opening Work Plan", approved by the Municipal Party Committee , with the approval of the municipal government, the opening times of schools at all levels and types are hereby notified as follows:

1. The opening times of schools in various counties (districts)

1. Before September 30 (inclusive). Sixth grade of township (town) primary school.

2. Before October 3 (inclusive). The fourth and fifth grades of township (town) primary schools, the sixth grade of county primary schools, and the ninth grade of junior high schools.

3. Before October 6 (inclusive). The second and third grades of township (town) primary schools, the fourth and fifth grade of county primary schools, and the eighth grade of junior high schools.

4. Before October 9 (inclusive). The first grade of township (town) primary school, the second and third grade of county primary school, and the seventh grade of junior high school.

5. Before October 12th (inclusive). First grade of county primary school.

2. School opening time for schools affiliated with the Municipal Education Bureau

1. Before October 3 (inclusive). Sixth grade of primary school and ninth grade of junior high school (excluding Karuo District No. 2 Junior High School).

2. Before October 6 (inclusive). The fourth and fifth grade of elementary school, the eighth grade of junior high school (excluding the second junior high school of Karuo District), the third grade of high school, and the ninth grade of junior high school of the second junior high school of Karuo District.

3. Before October 9 (inclusive). The second and third grades of primary school, the seventh grade of junior high school (excluding the second junior high school in Karuo District), the second grade of high school, and the eighth grade of junior high school in the second junior high school of Karuo District.

4. Before October 12th (inclusive). The first grade of elementary school, the first grade of high school, and the seventh grade of junior high school in Karuo District No. 2 Junior High School.

5. Before October 15th (inclusive). Special education schools.

3. Secondary vocational and technical school opening time

1. Before October 6 (inclusive). Third grade of secondary vocational school.

2. Before October 9 (inclusive). Second grade of secondary vocational school.

3. Before October 12th (inclusive). First grade of secondary vocational school.

4. The opening time of preschool education

The opening time of kindergartens at all levels and types is tentatively scheduled to be after October 20, and the specific time will be notified separately.

Please refer to the vocational and technical schools (secondary vocational schools), the county (district) education bureaus and the schools under the municipal education bureau for implementation. If the school cannot start according to the above time due to special reasons, please report to the city in writing. The Education Bureau made an explanation. Vocational and technical schools (secondary vocational schools), schools affiliated to each county (district) education bureau and municipal education bureau shall submit the official documents and evaluation reports of the "three plans" to the municipal education through the Everest Qiyun platform before September 28.
