Introduction of 8.23 water seepage accident in Hengtai Coal Mine, qitaihe city, Heilongjiang Province

At about 2011August 23rd 12, a water seepage accident occurred in Hengtai Coal Mine, Boli County, qitaihe city, Heilongjiang Province. After re-verification, it was confirmed that 45 people were on duty at the time of the accident, of which 19 was safely raised and 26 people were trapped underground. At present, the joint rescue team composed of qitaihe city and Boli County is doing its best to rescue.
