Luoyang City Epidemic Prevention and Control Policy

1. Foreigners coming to Luoyang must be quarantined for 14 days at the first point of entry. Each county or district will send a special vehicle from the first point of landing into Henan. Or the centralized isolation point in Zhengzhou City, closed-loop transfer to the local area, and continue to implement "7 days of centralized isolation + 7 days of home isolation". Those who do not meet the home isolation medical observation location and management requirements will continue to implement centralized isolation by the jurisdiction. Two reagents will be used for parallel nucleic acid testing when the quarantine is lifted. A nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 15th, 30th, 60th and 90th days after the isolation is lifted.

3. The "14-day centralized quarantine" control measures will be implemented for people coming to Luo with a history of living in towns and villages located in medium- and high-risk areas; for people coming to Luo with a history of living in counties and cities located in medium- and high-risk areas, a "14-day home quarantine" control measures; "7-day home health monitoring" control measures will be implemented for people coming to Los Angeles who have a history of living in other counties and cities in the city where medium- and high-risk areas are located; for other provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government where medium- and high-risk areas are located People coming from prefectures and cities to Los Angeles must check the negative certificate of the 48-hour nucleic acid test.
