When mainlanders return to Jiajia, they should hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and carry out "landing test" of nucleic acid within 2 hours after arriving in Jiajia, and carry out "3 days and 3 tests" (complete 1 nucleic acid test every day within 3 days after arriving in Jiajia).
