Someone used a copy of my ID card to get a mobile phone card and sent text messages to curse the county leaders. What should I do?

There are business halls where you can apply for a card. Check to see if it is your signature. You can tell it by writing it yourself. If it proves that your signature did not appear at the business hall, the police station should handle it. Who knows about this matter would be stupid enough to use the card issued by their own ID card to do such a thing. The county leaders and the common people still don’t recognize it.
