China Unicom can't send short messages to China in Norway. Why?

If you have started international roaming, but you can't send overseas SMS, you can remove the obstacles by the following methods:

1. Please check whether the SMS settings are correct;

2. When sending short messages to international, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan users, the sending format is "00+ opposite country code+opposite number" or "+opposite country code+opposite number";

3. In some countries and regions, the network only supports "00" transmission mode.
