1. Testing scope

The county planning area and surrounding areas, administrative villages where township governments are located, Tianhu Park of Songxian Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Fan slope park.

2. Testing population

The local permanent population, temporary resident population, temporary floating population, foreign population, etc. in the county planning area and surrounding delineated areas, and the administrative villages where the township governments are located.

There are 27 key groups in the county.

Since the 24th, people who have returned to Song from Zhengzhou, people who have left Luo and returned to Song, people who have returned to Song from medium and high-risk areas and have been released from quarantine, and people who have been monitored for health at home.

3. Sampling time

First round: 7:00 on May 6, 2022 - 13:00 on May 6, 2022.

Second round: 7:00 on May 9, 2022 - 13:00 on May 9.

Key personnel in the 27 categories and volunteers participating in nucleic acid testing will go to various medical institutions to complete the first round of testing on May 5, and the second round of testing will be completed on May 8.

Personnel in other testing areas completed the first round of testing at each sampling point on May 6, and the second round of testing on May 9.

4. Related Requirements

New coronavirus vaccination will be suspended from May 4 to May 9, 2022.

On May 6, in addition to the necessary jobs to ensure nucleic acid testing of all employees, residents’ lives, and basic urban operations, production enterprises in the development zone will implement job rotation, and all supermarkets and stores in other testing areas will Business venues such as businesses and farmers' markets will be closed. All cultural and entertainment venues, sports venues, parks and entertainment venues will be closed, and all public transportation will be suspended.

Medical institutions are accepting patients normally to ensure the normal medical needs of the people.

5. Precautions

Staff of all party and government agencies and public institutions shall participate in nucleic acid sampling in the community where they live, report to the community where they live, and become volunteers on the spot to participate Community nucleic acid testing and other epidemic prevention and control work.

Residents are requested to carry their valid ID cards and other valid documents according to the time periods notified by the community, and go to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner for sampling. Those who do not have an ID card must be accompanied by a specific related person who carries an ID card to take samples, so as to ensure that "everything that needs to be inspected must be inspected, and no one is missed."

Persons who have had a nucleic acid test within 24 hours or been vaccinated against the new coronavirus within 48 hours will no longer undergo nucleic acid testing, but must report to community staff in a timely manner, provide certificates and register.

When sampling, obey the unified instructions of on-site staff according to the time period notified by the community, line up in an orderly manner, wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the process, and keep a distance of more than 2 meters from others. After completing the sampling, leave the sampling point according to the prescribed path.

For special groups who are unable to go to centralized sampling points for sampling due to serious diseases, severe disabilities, etc. and for groups with special difficulties such as the elderly, pregnant women, infants, and disabled people at home, please report to your community in advance. The jurisdiction is responsible for organizing door-to-door sampling at mobile sampling points.

Residents are requested to actively cooperate with the sample collection work in accordance with the organizational arrangements of their communities. Those who fail to conduct nucleic acid testing within the specified time will be assigned a yellow code. Those who refuse to cooperate, refuse to participate in nucleic acid testing without reason, disrupt order, falsify information, etc. will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
