How to report the epidemic situation

Click on the community report of the local health code applet to report the epidemic situation. The specific operation is as follows:

Use the health code applet to report 1 and click Community Report.

Click on the community report in the local health code applet interface.

2. Select the area to archive.

Select the area to report in the community report interface.

3. Click on the report.

Select the archive area and click Archive.

4. Click Submit

Fill in the information in the archive interface, and click Submit Archive.

This law is based on the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.

Article 43?

(1) When a class A or B infectious disease breaks out, the local people's government at or above the county level may declare part or all of its administrative area as an epidemic area upon the decision of the people's government at the next higher level. The State Council can decide and declare epidemic areas across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government;

(2) The local people's governments at or above the county level in the epidemic area may take emergency measures as stipulated in Article 42 of this Law, and may carry out health quarantine on people, materials and means of transport entering or leaving the epidemic area; ?

(3) The people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may decide to impose a blockade on the epidemic areas of Class A infectious diseases within their respective administrative areas, but it is up to the State Council to decide whether to blockade the epidemic areas in large and medium-sized cities or those across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and whether the blockade of epidemic areas will lead to trunk traffic interruption or border blockade. The lifting of the blockade of epidemic areas shall be decided and announced by the original decision-making organ.
