Refund of tickets is a common situation in our life, such as returning movie tickets and train tickets. For various reasons, we can't use the ticket, so we can return it to the original conductor and may charge a certain percentage of the handling fee. Refund must be completed within the validity period of the ticket.

Passengers who fail to complete part or all of the voyage within the validity period of the ticket due to airline or passenger reasons may request a refund within the validity period of the ticket. Passengers should apply for refund with the "flight coupon" and "passenger coupon" of the unused part of the ticket or ticket. Refund of domestic flights can only be handled at the airline ticket office or its sales agent at the place of ticket issuance, flight origin and travel termination. The ticket can only be refunded to the passenger himself or the purchaser. Refund of international flights should be made at the original place of ticket purchase or other places agreed by the airline, and the laws and other regulations of the country where the ticket was originally purchased and refunded should be observed.

Passengers who voluntarily refund their tickets should provide their valid identity documents in addition to valid tickets. Disabled revolutionary servicemen and people's policemen disabled in the line of duty are exempted from refund fees if they request a refund. Passengers holding baby tickets are exempt from refund fees. Passengers with abnormal tickets who need to refund their tickets should go through the refund procedures at the original place of purchase within the validity period of the tickets. Passengers automatically terminate their travel at the flight stop, and the tickets for unused segments will not be refunded.

When the flight ticket is cancelled, advanced, delayed, the flight time is changed or the original seat cannot be provided due to airline reasons, if the passenger requests a refund, the departure station will return all the tickets, and all the tickets of the unused segment will be returned at the stop, and no refund fee will be charged.

If a passenger requests a refund due to illness (including the accompanying staff of the sick passenger), he/she shall provide the medical unit's certificate that all the tickets are refunded at the place of origin, and the tickets of the unused flight segment are refunded at the stop, and no refund fee is charged.

E-ticket refund, vouchers and e-ticket refund procedures shall be handled during the trip to travel itinerary.

Ticket refund fee: different airlines have different regulations, so it is recommended to consult airlines according to the actual situation! The normal regulations of civil aviation are: 5% before the scheduled flight departure time is 24 hours (inclusive), 24 hours to 2 hours (inclusive) 10%, 20% within 2 hours, and 50% after the scheduled flight departure time.
