How to notify Jilin Province civil servants of physical examination?

1. Candidates taking the physical examination must gather in front of the Jilin Provincial Social Insurance Administration (No. 959 West Minzhu Street, Changchun City) before 6:00 a.m. on July 6 (Saturday).

2. During the physical examination, candidates must bring their ID card, admission ticket and physical examination fee of 500 yuan.

3. Candidates participating in the physical examination can bring a small amount of food and drinking water. You must fast before the physical examination; you can eat a small amount after blood drawing, color ultrasound, and urine retention.

4. Mobile phones and other communication devices are not allowed to be brought to the physical examination. Once discovered during the check-in period, regardless of whether it is used or not, it will be treated as a disciplinary violation and the physical examination qualification will be cancelled.

5. Those who fail to arrive on time without justifiable reasons will be treated as automatically giving up the physical examination and will be responsible for their own responsibility.
