How to make salary slip in Excel

Method 1:

1. First, open the Excel form and enter the required data. If the materials have been prepared in advance, they can be copied directly. Then in the blank list next to it, enter 1 and 2 at the beginning of the second row of the column, and then fill the whole column with fill handle, just like the serial number, as an auxiliary column for making payslips.

2. Copy the sequence you just entered to the bottom of the column.

3. Sort the columns just entered in ascending order. Select any data, switch to the Data tab, and click the Ascending symbol. Then the auxiliary column will become 1 12233 ... and a blank row will be inserted between these rows.

4. At this point, the function of the auxiliary column has been completed. Now delete it. Select the column, right-click and select Delete.

5. Select the header data and click the right mouse button to select Copy.

6. Select the worksheet area, press Ctrl+G to bring up the positioning dialog box, and select "Positioning Standard" in the dialog box.

7. Select "Null Value" in the Positioning Criteria dialog box, and then click "OK".

8. At this point, the blank area will be selected and turned into light blue, then put the mouse in any light blue area, click the right mouse button and select Paste.

9) Finally, beautify the border and shading of the form, and the payroll will be completed.
