How to do self-service connection of China Unicom?

1. Users need to log in to China Unicom APP first. If the user does not log in to Unicom APP, he must log in to Unicom APP.

2. Entry location: service-handling-basic service-self-help, or search for "self-help" on the home page.

3. Click to enter the self-service reply, and the system will automatically bring out the user's "application reply number" and "ID name (desensitization)", but the user needs to fill in "other contact information"; (If net is added, the duplicate number must be the same as the number of the mobile phone card, and the number must not be taken in the wifi environment. )

4. After filling in the information, click Submit to open the letter of commitment page, and click Disagree to exit.

5. Click "Agree" to open the upload ID page. You need to upload an ID card that matches the number.

6. After the target user's ID photo and live verification pass, you can skip the upload attachment page or jump to the page where the real name is submitted successfully.

7. Click Upload to upload photos, and click Submit to open the page of successful submission.

8. Backstage personnel manually review, such as whether the photo of the certificate uploaded by the user is a copy, and whether there is a problem of forged documents.

9. If the audit is passed, the machine will be successful; If the audit fails, the user needs to go to the business hall to reply.
