You can't. VoLTE is a voice communication technology and does not support sending short messages. VOLTE is called VoiceoverLong-TermEvolution, which means high-speed wireless communication standard for mobile phones and data terminals. Based on the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network, it uses special configuration files (defined by GSM Association in PRDIR.92) for the control plane and media plane of voice services in LTE, so that voice services (control and media plane) can be transmitted as data streams in the LTE data bearer network without maintaining and relying on the traditional circuit-switched voice network.
