MMS requirements for legal document delivery

Legal documents are sent via MMS directly, edited and sent. According to the Legal Search Network, if the document is delivered by SMS or MMS through the electronic delivery platform, the content of the document can be directly edited into a text message and sent, or a URL link to the litigation document can be sent. Before the text message is delivered, the recipient should be notified by phone, and the call recording and electronic stub of the text message should be kept for future reference.
