First, the payment standard for registered vehicles in Dongguan is still based on the 2009 annual ticket fee.

Second, the annual ticket fee for Luqiao is still charged according to the current collection method: ① Newly registered motor vehicles in this city and motor vehicles transferred from other places must go through the application procedures for annual ticket fee within 25 days from the date of registration of motor vehicle driving license, and if it is overdue, it will be charged at 2‰ of the amount payable from the date of registration of motor vehicle driving license; ② For motor vehicles whose registration date of motor vehicle driving license is 65438+1 October1to March 3 1, the owner must pay 20 10 annual road and bridge fees before March 3, 2065438.
