Sesame credit authorization is your authorization to the company that checks your credit history. Sesame Credit is an independent third-party credit reporting agency under Ant Financial in Alipay. Any legal company or institution in need can sign relevant agreements with Alibaba. When you deal with these companies, you agree to check your credit. This is sesame credit authorization.

Sesame credit authorization requires users to actively open it. The opening method is simple: first open Alipay and click Sesame Credit; Click Credit Management again; Enter authorization management, and then click the application to be authorized. Many functions on Alipay require us to authorize Sesame Credit.

According to Sesame Credit, whether institutions or others want to inquire about Sesame Credit Score, they must obtain the authorization of users themselves, and the credit evaluation is presented directly in the form of score to protect the specific credit information and privacy of individuals. Sesame Credit will not collect personal information such as users' chats, text messages and phone calls, nor will it collect and track users' comments on social media. Even with the authorization of users, only the necessary and effective data of various dimensions related to economic credit evaluation are collected.
