In addition, I found some methods in the process of testing, and sometimes they are not completely useful. If this method can't be solved, the next method is recommended.

Solution 2: Block Spotlight from searching for short messages with one click.

The method above 1 is relatively simple, but if you delete too many short messages, it will be more troublesome to search. This method is to block the short message content in the "Spotlight one-click search" setting. First, please open Settings on the home screen.

2 Find "General" in the settings list and click Enter.

Then find "Spotlight search" and click enter.

4 Next, remove the small checkmark in front of the information in the "Spotlight search" settings.

After this setting, you can't find any results about the short message content in Spotlight search.
