When a soldier retires from active service, the financial department of the soldier's unit shall, in accordance with the military retirement order, the registration notice of the resettlement department of the resettled military cadres or the department in charge of the resettlement of retired soldiers, and the command authority of the military unit above the regiment level. Based on the review and confirmation opinions of the military affairs department or the cadre department of the political agency, the "Military Retirement Basic Pension Insurance Participation and Payment Voucher" and the "Military Retirement Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuation Information Form" (hereinafter referred to as the "Payment Voucher" and "Information Form", see the attachment 1, 2).
