How to use the missing message service function of telecom communication assistant

When your mobile phone is turned off, out of service area or the phone is busy, the communication assistant system will provide missed information service. You can choose the following methods: SMS reminder and automatic message leaving.

A. SMS reminder: After you open the missed information service, the SMS reminder function will be turned on directly by default.

When you miss a call because you can't answer it normally, the system will automatically send you a message to remind you of missing words.

B. Automatic message leaving: After you open the missed message service, you can apply to open the IVR voice automatic message leaving function.

When you can't answer the phone normally, the incoming call will be automatically transferred to IVR voice mail, and the caller can leave you a message.

Message notification: After the caller leaves a message, the system will send you a message notification message to inform you to dial and listen to the message.

Message listening: You dial118114 and press 9 to listen to the message. (You need to call your mobile phone to handle this business here)

C. Manual answering: After you open the missed call service, you can apply to open a manual agent to answer the phone.

When you can't answer the phone normally, the call will be automatically transferred to 100, and the agent will answer the phone for you. The caller can leave a message for you through the agent, and the agent will send you the missed and caller's information messages.
