Sponsors can order targeted marketing services (hereinafter referred to as "this service") from Modian according to the operational requirements of crowdfunding projects. Through this service, sponsors can promote historical project updates to supporters and followers through SMS notification.

In order to help promoters publicize and promote crowdfunding projects, from the beginning of crowdfunding projects (including online preheating) to the final payment and settlement period of crowdfunding projects (hereinafter referred to as the "preferential period"), Modian gives the promoters a marketing quota of SMS notification once a month for free, and the donated marketing quota is limited to one-time use in the current month and cannot be extended. Promoters need to subscribe to the service to send project update notifications to users in the form of short messages after they use up the free marketing quota during the preferential period or need to use the service during other periods.

When the sponsor subscribes to the service, MoDian will calculate the estimated marketing quota and order amount according to the remaining marketing quota in the sponsor account and the current number of supporters and followers of the project. After the initiator completes the payment, MoDian will arrange the corresponding SMS notification to the task queue for sending SMS notification, and deduct the actual SMS quantity from the marketing quota after the SMS notification is sent. The sponsor can deduct the remaining marketing quota when ordering/using the service next time.
