I don't know my account and password, can I cancel my Netease game account?

1. Search Netease account security center in the browser, then log in to the Netease game account you want to cancel, and click the logout option on the right side of the account details page to start canceling the account.

2. After clicking logout and reading the precautions, finally send a logout message according to the requirements in the webpage, and then click OK to logout to remove the account. After logout, the account cannot be retrieved.
