Operating steps of instant messaging

To send an instant message, you can do one of the following:

Send a short message in the outbox.

(1) Select "Message Warehouse >: Outbox" to display the Outbox page on the right.

(2) Select the check box in front of the message related to the recipient.

(3) Click "Write Letter" to enter the "Send Message" page.

Description:

If you want to set the contents in the To text box, you can manually enter or click Select from Address Book, select the number of the receiving group or contact person, and click OK.

(4) In the "SMS content" text box, enter the SMS content.

Description:

Users can also enter information in the search text box through the phrase library column on the right, select the phrase classification, and search for related templates. Click the phrase link to add the phrase directly to the SMS content text box.

(5) Click "Send".

Send short messages in the address book.

(1) Select the address book in the navigation area on the left.

(2) To query the information of the contact person who needs to send a message, you can perform one of the following methods:

Send text messages to all contacts.

A. Select "All Contacts" in the navigation area on the left, and a page of all contacts will be displayed on the right, where you can find the contact who needs to send a message.

B. select the check box in front of the contact.

Send text messages in the "group"

A select "group" in the navigation area on the left, and the group page will be displayed on the right.

B. Click on the group name to enter the page corresponding to the group.

C select the check box in front of the contact person who needs to send a message.

Description:

If you need to send a short message to all the contacts in the group, you can directly select the check box in front of the group to send a short message after performing step 1.

(3) Click "Write Letter" to enter the message sending page.

(4) In the "SMS content" text box, enter the SMS content.

(5) Click "Send".

Use the shortcut button to send a short message.

(1) At the top of the page, click the "Send Message" shortcut button, and the send message page will be displayed on the right.

(2) To set the mobile phone number of the recipient, you can perform one of the following methods:

Select the recipient's mobile phone number.

A. Click "Select from Address Book" to pop up the drop-down list box.

B select the check box in front of the group or contact to receive the message.

C. click ok.

Description:

If the mobile phone number to be selected is not in the address book, the user can enter the required mobile phone number in the "To" text box.

Enter the mobile phone number of the recipient.

A. In the To text box, enter the mobile phone number.

(3) In the "SMS content" text box, enter the SMS content.

Description:

(4) Click "Send".

Description:

On the SMS sending page, users can click the "Select SMS Preview" link to view the segments when sending SMS.

If the short message capacity exceeds the specified single short message capacity, the system will divide the short message into multiple short messages and send them.

According to the actual situation, the maximum number of short messages will be different. The system supports dividing large-capacity short messages into 8 short messages at most.
