How long can Chang 'an Mattel get paid after he leaves?

Regular employees must notify the employer one month in advance and apply for resignation. On the day of resignation, the employer shall settle the salary.

If the company fails to notify the employee to leave in advance, then the company can dismiss the employee and deduct part of the employee's incentive treatment as punishment, but the salary will still be paid.
