How to cancel NetEase mobile account?

The steps to log out of a mobile phone account are as follows:

1. Log in to the account and click Settings behind the account.

2. On the settings page, in the left menu, click to select the email and mobile phone service.

3. Enter the mailbox mobile service, you can see the bound mobile phone number, and click Settings behind the abnormal SMS notification in the mailbox.

4. After clicking to enter settings, you will reach the account management page. In the left menu here, click to select mobile phone service.

5. In the mobile service, click Replace under the associated mobile pass

6. There are two ways to verify the replacement here, one is to get the SMS verification code, the other is to One is to send text messages. Just choose the default one, click the Get SMS Verification Code for Free button below, your phone will receive a verification code text message, fill in the verification code on the phone text message here, and then click Next.

7. The NetEase mobile phone number cancellation is completed.
