What is a read receipt? How to set it in Richmail?

Read receipt means that the sender asks the recipient to send a receipt to the other party, indicating that the mail has been read by the recipient.

The setup steps are as follows:

On the letter page, select "Receipt Required" at the bottom of the letter editing box, as shown below:

When the email is successfully sent and the recipient reads the email, the system will ask the recipient to send a reading receipt to inform the sender.

note:

1. When the recipient opens your email, a pop-up box will appear, and you can choose whether to send a receipt.

2. When the recipient clicks OK to send the read receipt, he can receive the receipt email to confirm whether the other party has received the email and know when the other party will read the email.
