Vehicles and drivers returning to Huang Huang from high-risk areas in China should report to local village committees and units in advance, and hold negative reports of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours. After arriving in Huanghuang, the returning jurisdiction is responsible for taking it back by car, implementing corresponding control measures and "four-party responsibility system" to realize closed-loop management.
