How to add a mobile phone number to receive power outage SMS or electricity bill SMS?

You can add multiple contacts and mobile phone numbers, subscribe to SMS bill notifications or subscribe to SMS power outage notifications. You can apply through the "China Southern Power Grid 95598" public platform.

Please follow and bind the "China Southern Power Grid 95598" public platform > "Personal Center" > Notification Management, click " " to start the process, add a new contact (select the electricity bill contact) > fill in the user input contact Name, email address, contact phone number and SMS verification code, check the box to subscribe to SMS bill notifications or subscribe to SMS power outage notifications under Notification Service, and click Submit.
