Step 2: Qualification Activation

If the bid bond has been paid successfully and passed the qualification examination, the bidder shall log in to the system within the specified time and activate the qualification examination in time.

Click the Qualification Activation tab on the homepage of the website, and click "Qualification Activation" in the middle area, as shown below.

Step 3: Read the Bidding Guide for Incremental Indicators of Tianjin Passenger Cars.

The system will automatically pop up the guidance document. Please read it carefully, tick in the red box below and click Accept, and the system will jump to the qualification activation page. If the bidder clicks No, the page will return to the home page of the system.

Step 4: Set the bidding password.

The bidder enters the application code and mobile phone number filled in at the time of registration, and clicks to get the mobile phone verification code, and the system will automatically send a mobile phone verification code message.

Friendly reminder:

(1) The application code filled in shall be a valid code confirmed by the Municipal Regulation Office.

(2) If you can't receive the mobile phone verification code, please follow the prompts on the system page.

The bidder enters the mobile phone verification code and sets the auction password.

Step 5: Choose whether to renew the bid bond.

Click activate bidding qualification after confirmation, and the bidder qualification will be activated.

The bidding password is a necessary document for bidders to participate in the quotation. Please remember the password after setting it, and don't tell anyone.

Step 6: Query the status of activated and renewed deposits.

Step 7: First quotation

After the bidding activity starts, the bidder clicks the first quotation, enters the application code and bidding password set in step 5 to make a quotation, and clicks Submit the first quotation, and the system prompts that the quotation is successful.

Friendly reminder:

The quotation should be equal to or higher than the reserve price, and the quotation higher than the reserve price should be an integer multiple of 100 yuan.

Step 8: Modify the price

In bidding activities, bidders can click "Modify Quotation" to modify the quotation, and click "Modify Quotation" to submit the revised price.

Friendly reminder:

(1) The bidder has two opportunities to modify its quotation, and the quotation cannot be modified after the two opportunities are used.

(2) During the bidding process, the system will regularly announce the current average price (refer to "V. Bidding Time and Method" in the guidance document), and the bidder can modify the quotation according to the announcement.

Step 9: Query results

After the bidding, the bidder can click the result query, enter the correct information, and conduct the result query.

If the bidder clinches a deal, the system will give the corresponding prompt as shown in the figure below. Please print the Notice of Payment of Non-tax Income in Tianjin in time and pay off the bidding transaction. If the transaction is not completed, Tianjin Property Rights Exchange Center will refund the principal and interest of the bid bond as required.
