The people's court shall inform the parties of the relevant litigation rights and obligations in the notice of accepting the case and the notice of responding to the lawsuit, or inform them orally. After the collegial panel is formed, the parties concerned shall be informed of the members of the collegial panel within three days. After notification, if it is necessary to adjust the composition of the collegial panel due to changes in circumstances, the parties concerned shall be informed within three days after the adjustment. If it is decided to adjust the composition of the collegial panel within three days before the court session, the original court session date shall be postponed.
