There are five banks in Shishi that can provide mortgage loans for rural houses.

A few days ago, the shishi city Municipal Government issued a document again, and issued "Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Pilot Work of Mortgage Loan for Farmers' Housing Property Rights in shishi city".

The introduction of this opinion means that Shishi has made a new major breakthrough in reforming and innovating the mortgage financing system of farmers' housing property rights. In the future, farmers' houses (farmers' houses built with rural homestead or "collectively reclaimed land") can be used to apply for mortgage loans from banks to meet the financing needs of borrowers' production and operation.
