Vivo mobile phone can't receive WeChat in the middle of the night.

1. Go to Settings-Notification and Status Bar-Apply Notification Management-Find the corresponding software-Allow notification-Turn on the switch, and check "Pause notification, screen lock notification, desktop corner" below.

2. Some applications need to turn on message reminders in their own settings, which can be set in the software. For example, "WeChat": enter WeChat-Me-Settings-New Message Reminder-Receive New Message Notification-Turn on the switch.

3. Enter Settings-Sound and Vibration-do not disturb mode-Turn off "Manual on" and "Timing on". Some softwares have built-in Do Not Disturb mode, such as QQ: enter QQ-Settings-Message Notification-you can turn off Do Not Disturb mode.

4. For some applications (such as QQ, WeChat, etc. ), after the computer and mobile phone log in at the same time, there is no prompt when the mobile phone receives the message. Please exit the computer and check again.

5. If the application is not running in the background, you will not receive the message. Please go to Settings-Applications and Permissions-Permission Management-Permission-Start and turn on the software switch. Enter the card background and lock the slide program; Enter the settings-battery-background power management/background high power consumption-to allow background high power consumption.

6. Unstable network will also lead to the inability to receive messages. Please switch to another network to view.

7. Go to Settings-System Management-Backup and Reset-Restore all settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Note: Restoring all settings will not delete any media files, only restore all settings, and some third-party application accounts need to log in again. Please ensure that the use of the software will not be affected before operation.

8. Please back up the data of the software, press and hold the software icon on the desktop, then uninstall the application, and then download and install it in the application store.
