In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the first-class cost engineer and economic professional qualification examination in Taizhou test area in 2022, in addition to the unified requirements of the Notice on the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic situation of professional and technical personnel in Jiangsu Province in 2022, according to the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements in Taizhou, we hereby notify you as follows:

I. Requirements for epidemic prevention and control

(1) On the day of the test, all candidates must provide the negative certificate of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the first test (subject to the time when the report is issued), which must be issued by the testing institution in Taizhou, including the time when the report is issued. Both paper reports and electronic reports are acceptable, the same below. Candidates who have been sampled but have no results are not allowed to enter the test center. Candidates are advised to go to the hospital for nucleic acid testing and get negative results of nucleic acid testing on time.

(2) Candidates who have lived outside Taizhou within 7 days before the test (see travel itinerary), please take the special channel of "Candidates with Living History in Other Provinces and Cities" and provide negative proof of nucleic acid test according to the following requirements:

1. Those who have lived in the normalized prevention and control areas inside and outside the province must return to Thailand at least 1 day in advance, and provide a negative certificate of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid (issued by Taizhou testing institution) within 48 hours before the first exam.

2. Those who have lived in low-risk areas inside and outside the province must return to Thailand at least 3 days in advance, and provide two negative nucleic acid certificates within 72 hours before the test (issued by Taizhou testing institution, with an interval of 24 hours between the two nucleic acid tests).

3. Those who have a history of living in a normalized prevention and control area outside the province must return to Thailand at least 3 days in advance, and provide two negative nucleic acid certificates within 72 hours before the test (issued by Taizhou testing institution, and the interval between the two nucleic acid tests is 24 hours).

Note: Whether the candidate's area is a normalized prevention and control area or a high-,medium-and low-risk area can be inquired in the "Epidemic Risk Inquiry" column of WeChat "the State Council Client" applet-Convenience Service.

(3) According to the Notice of Jiangsu Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters Office on Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Aggregation Activities (Su Ban Fa No.20226 1), the following persons are not allowed to take the exam, and need to declare voluntarily: "Health code" is red and yellow, and they have lived abroad before the exam 10 day. Within 7 days, I have lived in counties (cities, districts, banners, streets and towns) successively. ), the silent management area and key concern area where the high, medium and low risk areas outside the province are located, and they have no negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, have COVID-19-related symptoms such as fever, and risk investigation objects such as close contact and sub-close contact, and are under control measures such as closed-loop management, centralized medical observation, home medical observation and home health monitoring, and other measures that do not meet the relevant inspection and epidemic prevention.

(4) Candidates should bring their own disposable medical surgical masks. During the examination, candidates should always wear disposable medical surgical masks except for identity verification. Candidates who do not wear masks as required are not allowed to enter the test center to take the test.

(5) About 70 minutes before the examination of each subject, candidates can begin to accept the examination and enter the examination center, but they are not allowed to enter the examination room. Candidates should arrive at the test center as soon as possible and make preparations for the joint entrance examination in advance to ensure that the joint entrance examination has sufficient time and good order. Candidates who do not meet the registration requirements are not allowed to enter the test center to take the test.

(6) Multi-subject examination. After the last subject examination, the outgoing personnel must take the entrance examination again when they re-enter the test center. Candidates are requested to eat in time (it is recommended to bring their own meals) and return to the test center on time for testing and admission, so as not to delay the exam. At the end of each exam, candidates should leave in an orderly manner as instructed. Abandoned masks should be taken away by themselves or put into the designated trash can, and should not be discarded at will.

(7) Taizhou candidates should try to stay in Thailand for 7 days before the exam, and do a good job in personal health declaration, nucleic acid detection, self-health monitoring and green code verification of "Su Kang code and communication big data travel card" in advance. If the Sukang code does not match my situation, please consult immediately and handle it as required.

Second, the admission inspection requirements

At the time of entrance examination, candidates must meet all the following requirements at the same time before entering the test center to take the exam:

(1) My "Su Kang Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" are green;

(2) Negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours before the exam on the day of the exam (candidates who have lived outside Taizhou within 7 days before the exam are also required to provide relevant negative nucleic acid certificates and accept adjustment);

(3) Carrying my resident identity card and admission ticket;

(4) Normal body temperature (below 37.3℃);

Third, the admission inspection steps
