You can exchange your exclusive points for movie viewing service, video membership, airport/train station transfer, Greater Bay Area shuttle bus, health check-up, appointment registration and many other services.

Can be exchanged for medical care, video membership, travel services, movies, self-service catering, airport VIP rooms and many other services.

I. Inquiry and communication channels:

1. Take MacBook, macOS( 10. 15.7) system and Baidu browser as examples. You can browse and redeem your favorite gifts by logging on the website of BOC Points 365. The points website supports exclusive points and trading point inquiry and redemption.

2. Credit card customers can call the credit card points service hotline of China Bank at 40066-95566 to search for word points and redeem gifts. The telephone service time is 8: 30-20: 30.

3. Personal high-end customers can call the customer service hotline 95566 to check the exclusive points and exchange gifts through manual service. Telephone service hours are from 6: 00 to 24: 00.

4. Wealth management and private banking customers can also call the VIP service hotline of Bank of China at 40068-95566 to inquire about the redemption of privileged points. Telephone service hours are from 6: 00 to 24: 00.

5. Taking Xiaomi mobile phone (version number: MIUI 12.5.9) as an example, the mobile phone client of Bank of China can query and exchange gifts. For the time being, the mobile phone client only supports the inquiry and redemption of transaction points of credit card customers after registration.

6. The official credit card of China Bank WeChat official account (Boc-card) can be used to inquire about the gift exchange. The official account of WeChat WeChat temporarily only supports the exchange of transaction points after credit card customers inquire about binding.

Air miles can only be redeemed by cardholders to their airline member accounts.

In order to improve the safety of air mileage points redemption, the aviation member number entered at the first redemption will be the unique identification member number of the system, and the aviation member number cannot be modified or changed at the second redemption.

If the card number of the aviation member club membership card provided at the time of first redemption is wrong, the consequences will be borne by the customer.

Customers must obtain the membership of the relevant airline club before they can redeem the trading points for the corresponding airline's flying mileage awards.

It takes 4 weeks to redeem the flying miles, and the airlines concerned will transfer the flying miles to the corresponding aviation club membership card of the customers.

Air China Companion Credit Card "Future Wan Li" Plan, China Southern Co-branded Card and other co-branded card points jointly issued by the Bank and airlines.
