How does Telecom inquire about SMS records?

The method for telecom to check the short message records;

1. Download "Telecom Business Hall", open the software after installation, and log in to the mobile phone account. The account number is the phone number. If you don't know the password, you can choose the verification code to log in.

2. On the "Service" page, find "Usage Information Query" and click "Usage Details";

3. In Details Query, select the time to query, which can be monthly or daily. After selecting, click "Query";

4. After entering the query, select SMS query.
