Taian City implements the "Taian Tong" code scanning pass system

In order to further strengthen the traceability and monitoring of the epidemic, better safeguard the life safety and health of the people, and facilitate people's travel , to improve traffic efficiency, with the consent of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, it was decided to implement the "Taiantong" code scanning traffic system throughout the city during the implementation of the Level I response to the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. "Taiantong" QR code scanning is applicable to: residential areas, enterprises and institutions, farmers' markets, labor markets, large shopping malls, supermarkets, catering stores, hospitals, pharmacies , stations, colleges and universities, technician colleges, secondary vocational schools and other public places with a large flow of people.

2. Starting from 10:00 on February 14, 2020, all the above places must implement QR code scanning. Public place managers or business owners can scan the "Taiantong" unit version QR code and follow the prompts to generate and print the unit's entry and exit QR code, post it in a prominent position at the entrance and exit, and arrange for a dedicated person to guide and supervise the entry and exit personnel. Scan the code in an orderly manner.

3. All persons entering the above places must actively cooperate in scanning the QR code. The first scan of the QR code requires SMS verification. Anyone who refuses to cooperate will be denied entry to the public venue. Anyone who forcibly enters, disrupts the order of public places or causes serious consequences will be held accountable in accordance with the law. Those who have difficulty scanning the QR code should register in writing.

4. All departments and units at all levels must strengthen organizational leadership, act quickly, actively support, guide, and supervise public places within their jurisdiction to quickly establish a code scanning access system and strictly implement it.

5. The suspension time of the QR code scanning pass system will be determined by the Municipal Epidemic Response Leading Group based on the needs of epidemic prevention and control, and will be announced separately.
