If you are an iphone user, download and install QQ Synchronization Assistant 2.0 "one-click synchronization" version, provide time machine restore and recycle bin restore on the mobile phone side, and also restore people who have deleted by mistake. Click the one-button synchronization button after recovery, and the cloud will be consistent.

2. Time machine

Select your previous backup state, click Start Crossing, select an address book state, click its corresponding restore button, and take the time machine to restore your address book to the state at the selected time point ~

If you want the phone to return to this state, start the QQ synchronization assistant of the phone at this time, and only select the changed contacts, so that your phone address book will be brought back by the time machine.
