In some places 1 10 SMS alarm service system accepts false information fraud SMS alarm. These SMS alarm service systems and platforms are set up in the 1 10 alarm service desks of local public security command centers.

The Ministry of Public Security has issued a notice, requiring public security organs that have opened SMS alarm to consult the local telecom management department and adjust the original SMS alarm number to "12 1 10". Public security organs that have not carried out this work should also use the number "12 1 10" when opening SMS alarm service. At present, this work is being carried out steadily.
