What should I do after receiving the notice of closing the case from the court?

Legal analysis: It is clearly stated that the obligation to take effect has been fully fulfilled. CCB has no reason not to admit it. If CCB infringes on its rights and interests, it is recommended to sue. If the case is settled in the judgment part, both the original defendant and the defendant have a judgment and can apply for enforcement. If both parties to a mediation case have a conciliation statement, they may apply for execution according to the conciliation statement. If the plaintiff withdraws the lawsuit and closes the case, the court will serve the withdrawal decision on both parties.

Legal basis: Article 146 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) may postpone the hearing under any of the following circumstances: (1) The parties who have to appear in court and other participants in the proceedings fail to appear in court for justified reasons; (2) The party concerned temporarily applies for withdrawal; (3) It is necessary to notify new witnesses to appear in court, obtain new evidence, re-authenticate, conduct an inquest or make supplementary investigations; (4) Other circumstances that should be postponed.
