In order to unswervingly adhere to the people-oriented principle and the supremacy of life, implement the general strategy of "external defense investment and internal defense rebound" and the general policy of "dynamic clearing", fully implement the "20 optimization measures" of the State Council joint prevention and control mechanism on epidemic prevention and control, do a good job in normalized epidemic prevention and control, and protect the health of you and your family, we hereby put forward the following initiatives:

First, there is no need for cross-regional mobility. In order to minimize the risk of epidemic spread caused by cross-regional mobility of personnel, the general public are requested not to go to local epidemic areas unless necessary, so as to reduce unnecessary cross-provincial travel. When necessary, it is necessary to report to the local community and work unit in advance, and do personal protection, understand the local epidemic prevention and control policies, and implement the corresponding epidemic prevention and control requirements.

Second, please report it before you come. If you plan to come from other places, please report to the destination community through Alipay-Henan Affairs Office-Newspaper in Henan-3 days in advance. Strict compliance with epidemic prevention and control regulations is the obligation of the general public. If the travel arrangement leads to the omission or deliberate concealment of the risk of epidemic input and transmission, the relevant responsibilities will be seriously investigated according to law.

Third, please actively cooperate with the landing inspection measures. In order to move the monitoring gate forward, our city will continue to implement the "landing inspection" measures, set up epidemic prevention and control checkpoints at railway stations, high-speed railway station, long-distance bus stations and highway exits, set up nucleic acid sampling points, and conduct a free nucleic acid test for personnel from other provinces and key epidemic-related areas. Please actively cooperate.

Fourth, cooperate with the implementation of classified control measures. People who have lived in high-risk areas and epidemic-related key areas within 7 days should actively cooperate with the implementation of corresponding control measures such as "point-to-point" closed-loop transshipment, health monitoring and isolation control. People from high-risk areas need to be quarantined at home for 7 days, and 1, 3, 5 and 7 days respectively for 1 nucleic acid detection; People from low-risk areas should carry out "three days and two inspections" after admission. Before the results of nucleic acid test come out, don't take public transport, go to public places or participate in gathering activities. If the nucleic acid detection is not carried out according to the regulations, the "site code" window will pop up to remind you, and the pop-up window will be automatically lifted after active detection.

Five, during the period of home isolation, people who live together, together with the implementation of home isolation, do not have the conditions of home isolation, the implementation of centralized isolation; During the period of home isolation, assign code management and don't go out; If it is really necessary to go out for special reasons such as medical treatment, after reporting to the community management personnel, the community will arrange a closed-loop car to regulate personal protection throughout.

Six, during the period of home health monitoring, single people live in a single room, don't go out unless it is necessary, implement the "place code" pop-up management, and automatically lift the pop-up window when the monitoring period expires; If it is really necessary to go out for special reasons such as medical treatment and nucleic acid preparation, after reporting to community managers, do a good job of personal protection "point-to-point" travel, do not take public transportation, do not go to public places, and do not participate in gathering activities.
