Wechat retrieval method

Click "backup and recovery->" in the lower left corner; "Restore the chat records to the mobile phone", the mobile phone and the computer can restore the records in the computer to the mobile phone under the same network. There is a backup in icloud/itunes and itunes is running on your computer. Click Restore Backup to restore the file.

If the complaint is successful, you can set your own password. If the complaint fails, you can search through any available WeChat-> "Tencent Customer Service" applet; Click on "WeChat to find the secret" to contact customer service feedback.

You can't log in with SMS verification code because your mobile phone is not with you. You can select the bound email address to reset the password. In the WeChat login window, click the "Login Encountered Problems" link below the password input box. After entering, select that the mobile phone cannot receive short messages, and then jump to another interface, and select to reset the password through the bound mailbox. The system will send the password reset link to the designated mailbox, just wait for the email and reset the password.
