What should I do if I don't receive the SMS of ICBC loan?

It takes 5- 10 working days for ICBC to issue loans after face-to-face signing.

There are usually text messages and phone calls. If you have not received the notice, please contact the loan bank.

The whole process of individual housing loan can be roughly divided into three stages:

The first stage: application, bank investigation and approval;

In the second stage, the loan contract is signed, the mortgage and insurance procedures are completed, and the bank lends money;

The third stage is to repay the loan every month until the principal and interest of the loan are paid off and the mortgage is cancelled.

The agreed repayment date determined by the bank is the date corresponding to the actual loan date. If there is no corresponding date, the last day of this month shall be the agreed repayment date.
