If the kindergarten cannot enter the park normally, the monthly fee will be refunded in full. However, if the parents ask to leave the park, the management fee for the month will not be refunded; Education fees and miscellaneous fees will be refunded for less than half a month, and will not be refunded for more than half a month. When parents apply for a refund, the kindergarten will determine the refund amount according to the child's time in the park.

If the time spent in the park is less than 2 months, 70% will be refunded; No more than half a year by 50% refund; More than half a year and less than 9 months will be refunded by 25%; If it is more than 9 months, it will not be returned.

Article 10 of the Interim Measures for the Management of Kindergarten Fees clearly stipulates that private kindergartens need to submit a series of materials, including the basic situation of kindergartens, the cost items of charging standards, the number of teaching staff and children, the average cost of teaching and learning, and the purchase and construction of fixed assets. In addition, abnormal garden expenses such as disaster losses, accidents and operating expenses are not included in the expenses.
