First, the service information provided by operators is generally charged, and the terms of service and charging methods must be clearly defined before subscribing to the information. The general charging standard is 0. 1 yuan or 0. 15 yuan ordinary SMS fee plus information fee.

Second, monthly SMS is different from package SMS. Monthly subscription service is charged on a monthly basis, and SMS subscription is charged according to the number of SMS sent. To provide monthly subscription and SMS services, information service providers must first ask users for confirmation. Failure to confirm will be considered as cancellation of service requirements. Consumers should unsubscribe in time when they don't need such services.

Three, information service providers in the request for confirmation of information without charging standards, can be regarded as a violation of the express obligation of "clearly marked", consumers can appeal to the telecommunications and other administrative departments.
