Recently, the Municipal Education Bureau issued the "Notice on Restricting the Children of Persons Being Enforced for Dishonesty from Enrolling in High-fee Schools", requiring high-fee schools to strictly control the admission of new students and check the information of parents of current students. Their children should transfer to public schools.

Article 3 of the "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Restricting High Consumption and Related Consumption of Persons Subject to Execution" stipulates that if the person subject to execution is a natural person, after consumption restriction measures are taken, he shall not have 9 items of high consumption and related consumption. Consumption behaviors that are not necessary for life and work, including children attending high-fee private schools. It can be seen that taking credit disciplinary measures against dishonest persons subject to enforcement only restricts their children from attending high-fee private schools, and does not impose restrictions on public schools and private schools with normal fee standards.

The Municipal Education Bureau issued a notice requiring strict control over the admission of new students. During the registration period for admission to high-fee schools, schools should use the information disclosure and inquiry platform for the list of dishonest persons subject to execution in the national courts, the joint punishment platform for dishonest persons subject to execution in the province, the "Credit Quanzhou" website or the list of dishonest persons subject to execution pushed by the people's court. According to the inquiry, if the child is the child of a person subject to execution for breach of trust, he should be refused admission procedures and told to study in a public school.

At the same time, we will check the information of parents of current students. High-fee schools should investigate one by one whether the parents of current students are dishonest persons who have been subject to consumption restriction measures. If such cases are found, the current students should be required to transfer to a public school where the students are from, and the education administration department in the place where the students are from should be properly provided. Handle enrollment and transfer procedures, and provide timely feedback to the court on the processing status.

The Municipal Education Bureau requires that all county education bureaus attach great importance to, comprehensively deploy, supervise and inspect the implementation, establish and improve long-term mechanisms, and ensure that dedicated personnel are responsible for daily work.
