The SMS function of mobile phone is locked.

1, first enter "Internet communication switch" in Baidu, and then search.

4. Then click "Handle" in the lower right corner.

5. Then enter your personal mobile phone number, verification code and SMS verification code, check the "I agree" option, and click the "Login" button to log in. As shown in the figure.
