I. Instructions for applying for a visa in Israel

1. China citizens must apply for an entry visa before going to Israel.

2. Israel does not accept visas on arrival.

3. Visa applicants must follow the following safety instructions when applying to the consular office of the embassy/consulate:

1) Please bring your photo ID.

2) Every visitor and his personal belongings need to go through security check.

3) It is not allowed to bring any personal belongings into the embassy or consulate, including handbags, mobile phones and electronic equipment.

4) Don't bring large handbags or suitcases into the embassy or consulate.

5) Do not carry food and/or beverage bottles or containers.

6) The Safety Guide for Embassies and Consulates is applicable to all personnel in the consular waiting room, and all personnel must always obey the instructions of security personnel.

7) Anyone who enters the Palestinian area must first complete an entry visa to Israel and then apply for a travel permit to Palestine.

4. Visa types: Commonly used are short-term business visas, study visas, work visas, visiting relatives visas, etc.

5. Except the original business license and passport, other application materials submitted by the visa applicant will be filed by the visa office of the embassy and will not be returned! Visa applicants should make copies in advance if they need to keep them, and the visa office of the embassy will not make copies for the applicants.

6. After the visa is rejected, the visa fee will not be refunded.

7. After obtaining an Israeli visa, the visa applicant goes to Israel within the validity period of the visa. If he/she fails to travel within the validity period of the visa, but still needs to go to Israel, he/she needs to re-submit the application (the procedure is the same as before).

8. Special note: Those who enter Israel should leave the country within the validity period of the visa, otherwise it will be regarded as illegal residence. Second, the visa application process

1. The visa applicant decides the purpose and itinerary of going to Israel.

2. Log in to official website, the Israeli Embassy in China, browse the relevant visa information, download the visa application form and the list of materials to be prepared.

3. Prepare the materials needed for the visa.

4. Pay the visa fee at CITIC Bank (designated outlets).

5. Go to the embassy or consulate to apply for a visa; Visa applicants apply for visas according to their respective territories. The Israeli Embassy in China accepts visa applications from Shanghai Consulate (which governs Shanghai, Anhui, Zhejiang and Jiangsu) and Guangzhou Consulate (which governs Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and Hainan).

6. Visa applicants from the Consular Section of the Embassy who live in Beijing and within two hours' drive from Beijing must submit their applications in person at the Visa Office of the Embassy; If two people travel together, at least 1 of them must submit it.

7. Visa applicants from the Consular Section of the Embassy who live in other places can apply in the following two ways:

1) Entrust others to submit applications at the visa office of the embassy. The client must hold the official power of attorney of the applicant, stating the reasons for the entrustment and the relevant information of the client, and must be signed by the applicant.

2) The visa applicant will mail all the application materials to the visa office of the embassy, pay the visa application fee through the local authorized outlets of China CITIC Bank, and submit the payment voucher to the visa office of the embassy. If the visa applicant needs to send his/her passport back to the visa office, he/she should also pay RMB 40 (? 40) Submit the payment voucher, indicate the detailed return address, and the applicant's passport will be sent back to the applicant by EMS. If the applicant delivers the materials by express delivery company (non-EMS), the applicant should fax the name of himself or the sender, the name of the express delivery company, the express delivery number and the delivery time to the embassy visa office for timely verification.

8. After receiving all the materials of the visa applicant, the visa office of the embassy will review the visa application materials within four to ten working days and reply whether the visa is approved and whether other materials need to be supplemented.

9. When submitting the application materials, the visa applicant should specify the detailed contact information so that the visa office of the embassy can contact the visa applicant in time.

10. Visa applicants can contact the visa office of the embassy to check the acceptance of visa applications within four to ten working days after submitting all application materials.
